A sound voice in the team, Jason contributed very frequently to design critique and planning sessions with generative questions and thorough analysis that helped push work forward. Jason's prototyping work is exemplary - he goes above and beyond to research solutions, he is attentive to the best use of everyone's time (e.g. creating reusable elements) and he always presents pros and cons of his designs. With time,
Jason began to incorporate more contextual elements to better define screens and flows - for example, when he conducted research about contact tracing in agricultural settings to better inform storyboards and solutions that made sense for that peculiar context.
Jason's dedication to learning is remarkable - he is curious, a good listener, interested in leaving his comfort zone and a pro-active team member - he would frequently be the one to stand up and say 'I'll do it'.
